Suggestions?

When the dog's away, the cat will play!

So, what should I do while Josh is lying on a beach in Hawaii, eh? Any suggestions or ideas? I'll probably watch some movies, and read a lot of books, and take quite a few bubble baths (I don't take nearly enough of those).

But I want to know what you would do, if you had five evenings all to yourself.

And more importantly, what you would eat!

Quote of the day: "DONE?!?" Said by Guy after the opening prayer in Sacrament meeting. He loves his nursery!

Eating is hard. I have discovered how terrible I am at cooking for one. See, I am used to cooking for "four", where Kev eats two servings and there is one for leftovers. Now I divide recipes in half, and I still end up with four servings. I've been eating a lot of leftovers, but I still have two servings of shepherds pie, 2-3 servings of sweet and sour chicken, 3 cooked chicken breasts, 1 extra large serving of ground beef hash, two rhubarb crisps, and homemade pasta in the freezer just from this past week! I like to cook food that Kevin thinks is weird when he is gone.

I'd probably buy something frozen that I didn't really have to "cook"...Or something I love but Trent doesn't, like pickles, or a muffaletta from Jason's Deli (Trent doesn't eat olives), or maybe sweet potatoes... And I'd probably watch While You Were Sleeping. I've done that at least a couple times while Trent was gone somewhere...You can borrow it if you want!

I would probably call up your sister-in-law to go out for ice cream--haha :) Or bring ice cream over....

I miss Guy's addition to our Sacrament Meeting. The speaker did a good job of ignoring the "done" heard repeatedly at louder and louder levels! It has become firmly entrenched in our lingo around here. "Done" can be used very effectively in many situations. :)
