I'm starting to feel nervous about our road trip. I could list the dozens of things on the to-do lists for the next three days, but there's something else weighing on my mind.
She doesn't read here, but one of my good friends from high school was married last month. This past week, she lost her husband in a horrible accident. I'd only met him once, and couldn't attend the wedding, but I know she was so happy with him. I only hope that she can remember to be happy now that he's gone.
