"Mmm, Tasty!"

That's what Guy thinks of my new way of cooking potatoes.

Take a potato, and slice it in half length-wise. Slice into wedges or steak fries. Toss with a little bit of olive oil, salt, pepper, and paprika. Roast in the oven at 450 degrees for a half hour, or 425 for an hour, or 350 for an hour plus 20 minutes at 450. Experiment and figure out just how crispy you like them.

Devour, and enjoy.

We've eaten 16 potatoes this past week (I do 4 at a time for the 3 of us, as they are smaller potatoes). And boy, are they ever tasty.

Also, baked fish dipped in egg and breadcrumbs is also quite delightful. Add the potatoes and you've got a killer meal for not too much trouble.

I love making homemade fries :) Did you put vinegar with your fish and chips? Yum, yum.

My potatoes always stick. Even when I oil the pan or use foil. So sad.

re: sticking. I used glass this last time, and sprayed it with pan first, and still tossed them in olive oil. They didn't stick that time, and I didn't stir them at all.
