The last few weeks

There's been a lot going on the last few weeks.

Josh and I have attended several ward family home evenings, giving lessons, hosting, etc. for the singles ward.

We celebrated our fourth anniversary with Gyros and hair dye (which turned out much subtler than expected).

We ditched the wedding reception of a good friend since our kids would. not. go. to. sleep. and went mini-golfing once they were unconscious since we had a babysitter already.

I read a bunch of magazines. I read Emma (and loved it).

I dyed my hair again, and like it a lot. It's kind of a dark blonde/light brown, and I think it's gorgeous. I'll post pictures soon.

Leo is sick, and woke up with a fever last night poor kid. He woke up this morning, and then after nursing dozed a bit. Then I sat him on the floor to play, and looked at him a few minutes later to see him laying on his stomach with his bum in the air, asleep on the floor. He's back in bed now. But he's been sleeping through the night lately, all 12 or 13 hours! Heaven.

Josh and I have been planning a trip next summer. If we end up working or going to school in the east, we'll drop the kids off with his folks and younger sister for a few days and go explore Toronto and Niagara Falls (so exciting!).

Oh, and Josh is considering taking a few years off of school to work before we head the PhD route. Who knows where we'll be in a year? Not me!

Ooh, and I made Chicken Tikka Masala and Naan bread last night for dinner. Holy cow, it was incredible. If you like Indian food and want the recipe, let me know. Because while it took an hour and a half of hands-on time to make, it was really amazing. Amazingly amazing. I'll never eat takeout again amazing.
