I love making New Year's Resolutions.
This year, I had a lot of ideas for what I wanted to prioritize.
I really want to focus my efforts to expand my skills. Learning German, and learning to play the guitar, primarily.
Celebrating more with the kids, having more fun and a better plan.
Keeping the house in better order. Paring down to the necessities and a few wants, instead of drowning in stuff.
But you know what? My goals for 2010 are to grow a baby and keep reading scriptures, holding family home evening, and praying daily.

Denise's a great example of taking it as it comes. She's a good combo of laid back fun and getting things done. She really enjoys her family, but is grounded in reality. I can hear her laugh now. With a new one on the way, your life will be a combo, too. You can't take things too seriously with little ones around all day. My sis, Mary, wishes she'd taken more pictures of the craziness so she could remember it now. You're doing a great job as a mom--your kids are delightful! Enjoy the ride.
