Family Work. It was published in BYU Magazine, and it really helped me to solidify some of my ideas regarding how to raise children who are not afraid of working hard.

We just had a lesson on this in our marriage and family class last Sunday :) There are some really good articles in that manual about this topic. It turned out to be a great lesson and I really liked the articles. They are all pretty similar to this one. I think it's worth taking a look!
Sorry--forgot to tell you it's in the marriage and family manual. I think you can get them from your ward or the distribution center--maybe even online.
I liked this. I don't know how to integrate it into my current life... but it has some great ideas
